BAD SERVICE a bunch of young kids working front . Manager ROB doesn’t even know what’s going on . I did 4 tired and alignment. They left my car dirty ... noticed a scratch on my door ! They told me 89 for alignment when I get there it’s 129 . Tired I paid 650 all 4 . The job took almost the whole day . No phone call . When I called back around close it was a bad alignment like they forgot to do it! Stay away ! GO TO FIRESTONE 2 blocks away! Don’t waste your money!

Same idiot technician broke center cap on each tire, 3 visits, 4 broken caps. I mentioned it to the manager on my final visit that the guy about to work on my truck needs to be re-trained. I told him to watch this guy, he broke 3 center caps and is going to break the only one left on my truck, he thought that I was joking... Of course nothing was done and an hour later the guy brings in the only center cap he did not already break before and tells the manager and I that it does not stay on. At that point the manager spoke to him and realized thay I was right.. the solution...go to hubcap heaven and bring him a receipt...which would require me to come back...so i just bought them new (not inexpensive) and went elsewhere. I also got a quote charging exactly double for a brake job that I later got done by people who actually listen to customers and know how to remove a tire. If the brake job was free I wouldn't let the guy do it anyway. Been buying tires there since 1990s. Can't go back if the tire tech can't remove a tire without causing damage, why bother. .Don't get balancing and rotation package with your new tires. It cost me a new center cap or 2 for each visit I went to get a simple prepaid balance and rotation.. It forces you to have to deal with them repeatedly.....my mistake. Appointments are useless too, they don't keep them, same as a walk up and they didn't have all the tires in stock even if you tell them what you need and when you are coming days in advance online. Try Costco or some homeless guy with a jack and wrench.
